General Questions

How do I contact someone at Weathered Woodworking?

 There are several ways you can contact us but our prefered method is always email.  If you’d like you can contact us by any method below but please be patient.  We will contact you within one business day. 

 

What are your hours?

Our business operates Monday through Saturday.  Hours are as follows: 

Monday through Friday: 9AM – 6PM.  

Saturday: 9AM to 2PM 

 

What is your business location?

We do not have physical, brick and mortar store.  We do craft and trade show events.  We do hope to have a business location very soon. 

Can I re-order something I purchased previously?

 Absolutely, we usually keep artwork for 90 days.  However, it’s best to contact us so we can check our records before you purchase.  

 

I'm ordering a gift. How can I assure it will arrive on time?

All our orders vary.  We cannot typically guarantee shipping times.  This can all depend on the item you order, where it’s shipping to, the shipping company, and weather conditions.  You’re always welcome to contact me if you have questions about your item.

Do you accept orders for completely unique products?

 Yes!  Absolutely.  We love to accept a challenge.  The best policy is communication.  Let’s start with a call/email request on our contact page.  If you just want to text a brief question you can always contact us by text at 903-392-6929.  Please be patient and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.  

 

How do I leave a testimonial?

Purchase & Payment Questions

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through Shopify which includes Visa and Mastercard, ApplePay, Venmo, and PayPal. 

Can I send cash by mail?

Cash by mail is never a good idea.  It can be lost or even destroyed.  We will not be responsible for lost cash or cash that never arrived at our office.   Also, there’s really no way to track it.

 

When I order, how long does it take for you to begin creating my item?

Every item is different.  Custom items can take weeks to produce and ship.  If we are really backed up it can take up to 12 weeks for custom items.  Most of our smaller items can ship within 72 hours.  Communication is the best policy.  Keep in touch and we’ll let you know when your item has shipped.  

 

Shipping Questions

What should I do If I never receive my order?

As a general rule we are not responsible for lost items.  Please contact the shipping company if goods are damaged.  We have mapped out all of our proceedures on our refunds and return policy.  Please click here!

I received a damaged package, what should I do?

We always suggest two things.  Take photos immediately and contact the shipping company first.   Take photos before you even open the package.  Then you’re welcome to contact us as well.   Even though we’re not responsible for lost or damaged packages, we want to help you in any way we can.  However, the photos are important.  We need proof of damage to show the shipper.  Then contact us at Support@WeatheredWoodworking.com.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently, we ship to United States addresses within the continental US only.  We DO NOT ship outside of the United States.

My package was damaged, what should I do now?

Always take photos before you do anything and then contact us immediatly at Support@WeatheredWoodworking.com.
