What material is used to make a Name in a Frame?

They are made using primarily pine.  It’s 5.5″ pine shiplap boards, pine trim, and supports.  The name is cut from 1/8″ MDF.  I haven’t had an unsatisfied customer yet.  This material is sturdy and it keeps it affordable.

How long is the process to get a Name in a Frame?

For the customer at the front of the line, the process is typically about 48 hours to create the product and have it ready to ship.  At times there might be a high demand in which case I will send out notifications and/or allow my customers to pay extra for a rush order.  Shipping can also take between two and ten days depending on where you are as well as weather conditions.  Typically, you receive your product within seven days of your order but we cannot guarantee shipping times.

Is there a guarantee?

Satisfaction is guaranteed!  That being said please help us through the process of getting everything to you.  If we send you a mockup, please look over it very thoroughly for any mistakes.   I’ve never had an unhappy customer but if you do want to return this, shipping will be your responsibility.

Another thing to be aware of is that we specialize in a rustic-looking product so many of our products have an antique feel.  They can have scratches and imperfections.  Also, colors are never an exact match to the website.  It’s nearly impossible to exactly match any color.  Your computer will show a slight variation from mine so what you receive may be slightly different.

Where does this ship from?

We are not open to the public at a physical location at this time but the facility we ship from is in Tyler, TX.  We’re about 90 miles east of Dallas, TX in the heart of East Texas.  We can also be spotted at local trade shows and events.  If you sign up for our “Weathered Weekly” newsletter, you’ll be the first to know where we’re going to be.  

Can I use this outdoors? 

This is not technically recommended for outdoor use and is designed for indoor decor.  However, we can put coatings on them to help them last longer in outdoor weather upon your request.   Just be aware that depending on where you are and what weather conditions exist in your area this can drastically change the longevity of the material and coatings causing fading, warping, and cracking or rot over time.  We cannot guarantee a Name in a Frame will last for any certain time frame, especially when used outdoors.

What form of payment do you accept?

We don’t accept cash unless we’re able to have a face-to-face transation.  Otherwise, we accept Visa or MasterCard, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Venmo through our checkout process. It’s never a good idea to send cash in the mail and we will not be responsible for any cash payments sent by snail mail.

Does this ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately no.  We would absolutely love to in the future but at the present time this only ships within the continental US.
